Lightning Dept. was all started by the misreading of a shop sign. Written over a 3 week period and recorded in just 3 days,
'things KEEP blowing UP' is a fresh, icy blast of pop magic. The bands love of Weezer, Lemonheads and Guided By Voices shines through on this 15 track album which is all over in 32 minutes of clipped majestic indie rock.
Look out for the CD and digital release in March 2012.
